Elliot’s playful show considers ideas relevant to current cultural modes of display, particularly the artifice of the museum or gallery. Location within space, time, culture, class, religion, and geography are explored in this abundant collection of painting and sculpture.

“I enjoy the interactions that artworks have with each other and with that in mind I very rarely produce a body of work that is process or subject driven.

The ‘Floating Islands‘ are really a metaphor for how I choose to create, never fixed but always with a point at which to observe and make.”
